Manhole covers are often made out of cast iron, composite materials. This makes them inexpensive, strong, and heavy. The weight helps to keep them in place when traffic passes over them, and makes it difficult for unauthorized people without suitable tools to remove them.

We can supply ductile iron Heavy duty D400 type Manhole Covers according to EN124, with different series of size, with or without hinge, single seal or double seal, square or rectangular or round, black bitumen or epoxy coating.
Ductile iron manhole cover is made from spheroidal graphite cast iron by machining hand moulding, solid top, recessed,double triangular, single seal or double seal, square or rectangular or round,with or without hinge. Very good quality, smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects. Loading capacity is 40 tons. The normal coating is black bitumen 30 microns thickness, also can make the epoxy coating according to the customer's demand.
