Product Description

Lightweight for easy and safe manual removal, without compromising on strength. Used on forecourts worldwide. Ideal for access to sewage systems, underground pipework, drainage networks, electrical junction boxes, water treatment plants and commercial fuel storage.

The safe use of manhole tops and gully tops is dependent upon correct selection of the unit and good installation. This is particularly critical when they are installed in highway environments. Sound installation in the highway may also make a significant contribution to savings in the whole life costs of manhole tops and gully tops.

Product Features

1. Our manhole cover are produced in strict accordance with the EN124 standard, and the products will be pressure tested during the production process and before shipment, and corresponding inspection reports will be issued.

2. Product design can be customized according to customer requirements. Can choose to assemble non-through hole lifting holes, heterosexual manhole cover locks and rubber sealing rings on manhole cover.

3. We have a wealth of experience in exporting goods, and can professionally package manhole cover to ensure the safety of logistics and transportation.

4. The production capacity of our factory is sufficient, and the delivery date of the goods can be guaranteed under normal circumstances.

6. Our manhole cover supports the testing of third-party SGS/TUV/BV and other institutions, but the cost needs to be borne by the customer.

We have a wide range of round manholes that offer easy access due to its open throat design. You can select between galvanized steel or polyethylene materials for the skirt. Some of our products come with a built-in handle to make opening easier, and our bolt-down units provide the best water-resistant lids.

Covers come as standard with a C250 (25 tonne) load rating, for use in areas with slow moving traffic, or a D400/HS25 (40 tonne) load rating, for use in areas experiencing heavy wheel traffic - such as diesel lanes, truck stops or bus depots. Load ratings from B125 (12.5 tonne) to F900 (90 tonne) are available on request.

Custom covers can be made in any colour or even incorporate custom logos or markings moulded into the upper surface of the cover for product or brand identification.
