Product Description

RESILIENT SEATED GATE VALVE Flanged type, DN40-300

1. Connection: Flanged to EN 1092-2, BS4504, ASME B16.10, AS4087
2. Working pressure: PN10/PN16/PN25
3. Temperature range: O 'C ~ 80C
4. Fusion bonded epoxy coating
5. Completely free and full bore self ciearning & low pressure loss.
6. Both inside & outside coated with epoxy resin powder.
7. O-ring bonnet gasket wraps each bolt to prevent corrosion.
8. Bolts sealed with hot met
9. Clockwise closing (CWC) as standard.
10. With rubber dust cover
11. 4 o-rings on stem (total 6 o-rings in bonnet).
12. The upper 3 o-rings can be replaced online under pressure when valve fully opened.
13. Thrust washer - Brass material, to get more reliable strength and long service life
14. Body/bonnet connection

Bonnet gasket fits into a recess in valve bonnet preventing it from being blown out by pressure surges.

1. Bonnet bolts are in Galvanized carbon steel SS304 upon request
2. Liner Sealing face - get better sealing & lower closing torque.
3. Position "A" :

Most factories' design is the same lever to the sealing face, while when the valve closed, the increasing inlet pressure will push the disc shift and press to the valve body, which will cut the disc rubber of position "A" during long term use.
We aware this design defect; and innovate the current deisgn to avoid such hurt, thus enlarge the disc service life.
