Application of Carrier-free Black Masterbatch: Perfect substitute for carbon black, environmentally friendly and hygienic. With approximately 55% carbon black concentration, fully encapsulated with high-gloss pigment carbon black, seamlessly complies with international environmental certification standards. Exhibits color strength of 145 with blue undertone, suitable for modified pelletization of ABS, PP, PC, PA, PBT, ,etc. Features high-temperature resistance with no color migration at 400°C, ideal for high-demand color masterbatches. Note: Carrier-free black masterbatch is not recommended for direct injection molding (especially high-concentration grades due to dispersion challenges from elevated carbon black content). Proper usage: Add at ≤2% ratio through twin-screw extruder pelletization.
