Paint spraying: Spraying paint is an essential step in the processing of ductile iron pipe fittings. In order for the final product to have a good appearance and years of durability, the paint needs to be sprayed on the surface of the workpiece efficiently.
Baking and casting: After the paint is sprayed, the workpiece is placed in a baking room for baking. This is to make the sprayed paint dry quickly, eliminate any residual paint and improve its wear resistance. Next, a furnace or similar equipment is used to heat the material to the correct casting temperature. After reaching the appropriate temperature, the molten ductile iron material is injected into the mold.
