Production Equipment
Our state - of - the - art production facility is equipped with advanced machinery and equipment to ensure the highest quality of our products. We have Taiwan - made hard sand automatic recycling and regeneration line furan mixers, which are used to prepare the sand molds for casting. The Japan Tokyu AMF - II - 05Z automatic molding line enables us to produce high - precision molds with consistent quality. Our resin sand production line and lost foam casting production line are used for different casting processes, allowing us to manufacture a wide range of fittings with complex shapes. After casting, the fittings are processed through an epoxy powder coating spray line to apply the corrosion - resistant coating. We also have a semi - automated assembly workshop and a finished product workshop, where the fittings are assembled, inspected, and packaged.

Quality Control Process
Quality control is an integral part of our manufacturing process. We have a team of highly trained quality control inspectors who monitor every stage of production. Starting from the inspection of raw materials, such as the ductile iron and EPDM gaskets, to the final inspection of the finished products, each step is carefully checked to ensure compliance with our strict quality standards. We use advanced testing equipment to perform various tests, including pressure testing, leak testing, and material composition analysis. All products are inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall quality before they are approved for shipment.
