Product Description

Ductile iron manhole cover is made from spheroidal graphite cast iron by machining hand moulding, solid top, recessed,single seal or double seal, square or rectangular or round,with or without hinge. Very good quality, smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects. Loading capacity is 25 tons. The normal coating is black bitumen 30 microns thickness, also can make the epoxy coating according to the customer's demand.
The manhole cover of the C250 is used for:
Roads inside the industrial park (mainly for light vehicles)
In some industrial parks, which are dominated by light industrial enterprises, the vehicles on the internal roads are mainly small trucks, forklifts (when the load is light) and the personal vehicles of employees. The C250 manhole cover is enough to withstand the wheel pressure of these vehicles, and is used to cover the wellheads of drainage, communication, and power in the park, which can ensure the normal operation of various municipal facilities in the industrial production process, and will not affect production activities due to crushing of the manhole cover.
Urban ordinary roads
The C250 manhole cover is designed to withstand the crush of medium-sized vehicles, so it is suitable for both motorized and non-motorized roads in the city. For example, the roads connecting various residential areas and commercial districts in urban blocks, the traffic flow is dominated by ordinary cars, SUVs and minivans, and the wheel pressure of these vehicles generally does not exceed the bearing limit of the C250 manhole cover.

Strong stability
